Amazon seller inventory software
Seller inventory stays wrong when the warehouse count, the Amazon count, and the spreadsheet are updated in different places. The stock a person sees has to be the same record the next order will change.
What the inventory system holds
One stock record
Marketplace stock and the orders that move it share the same system, so a sale changes the count the team is looking at.
No second spreadsheet
The operational record is the stock position. A separate sheet is not the source the next order should trust.
Approved SP-API developer
Approved in October 2026, with global marketplace access for the Selling Partner API roles requested. This is not an Amazon partnership.
A person still checks the exception
Automation can move the repeated stock step. The decision that does not match still comes back to a person.
Questions about seller inventory
- Why does Amazon stock not match the warehouse?
- Orders, removals, and the sheet are updated in different places. The counts drift because nothing owns all three.
- Is this an Amazon partnership?
- No. ZigCode Labs is an approved Selling Partner API developer. That is access to build seller software. It is not an Amazon partnership badge.
- Who is this for?
- Sellers who need inventory, orders, and reports in one system. Custom web applications for companies that are not sellers are a separate practice.
Stock only stays true if the order that changes it is in the same system.
