An AI incident commander for engineering teams

OpsPilot is an incident commander for engineering teams. You do not ask it a loose question about an outage. You give it the incident. It gathers the evidence, keeps the context, and prepares a recovery action. A person still approves or rejects that action. It works by voice and on the web.

The OpsPilot command center. The incident on screen is a simulated scene, used to show how a recovery is prepared before anyone approves it.

What an incident commander does

During an incident, the work is not a chat. Someone has to see which service is hurt, what the evidence says, and which change is safe to try. OpsPilot takes that job: investigate, hold the context, and put a recovery in front of a person.

The command center shows severity, how many incidents are active, and how much of the fleet is still healthy. Active targets sit in a list. The selected service shows the fault and the proposed move, such as a rollback from one version to an earlier one.

A person still decides

The screen has Approve & Execute and Reject. OpsPilot can prepare the action and speak a briefing. It does not treat the briefing as permission. Push to talk is there so a commander can talk to the agent instead of typing the whole investigation.

A simulated scene can be started from the same screen. That is for showing the path from evidence to a decision. It is not a claim that a named customer had that outage.

Who it is for

OpsPilot is for engineering teams who still reconstruct an incident from five tools and a call. ZigCode Labs builds it. If that is the operation you need software to own, the note goes to the studio, not into the incident tool itself.
